For the last three quarters , the customer base was 12219, 12258 and 12078. Commercial customers are far more profitable than residential and that's their current focus .

The net churn of 915 residential customers was on an annual basis, not just Q2, so it is about 7.5% per annum on a base of 12,000. This will accelerate as Rogers and Telus role out their LTE networks
