Sure, a take-over/buy-out is a possibility but IMHO company is planning a sizable equity issue and it would be nice to have a good reference price. With only 33 million shares out 10 more at say ….$2

Pure Energy Minerals Ltd IMO will be bought out by ALB!
PE property is surrounds ALB and if they don't by them out, some other company else will and they will be at ALB door step! A competitor! ALB better hurry, IMO!
