Good point RPINVESTOR1.  I think as he reached out to Yofoto and other large shareholders they said the original takeover proposal was a load and he was forced to amend it because many of them ...more

I think the PLAN will be extremely vague. I'm sure that the legal language will be very well thought out to benefit AS. It would be interesting if we knew how the 3% changed to 75% on asset sales ...more
