Case counts don't matter.. the only metric that maters is hospitalized people. You can have 50k cases a day if only a few go to hospital it doesn't matter.. if hospital numbers start to pop

Looks like 2 people died from flu today
You need to get that number up to scare people. 2 people a day for Ontario population of 15 million is nothing. This is regular flu. No increase in ICU and no increase in hospitalization

Go on the app and see for yourself. The rule states 50% for the entire venu. There are no rules for distances between seat bookings. They arnt skirting the rules.. individual auditoriums can be full
