Its also interesting to note his lack of insider buys at these discounted levels...historically he usually steps in to show confidence...but not this time

Added another 2,000 shares at $2.70

If you look at the top 20 names on that most undervalued list, ECN is the only stock with a market cap greater than $500M. Just another example of just how anomalous the value of ECN has become.
