FFN trading at a 15% discount... and bears in hibernation??? I have never seen a split fund commons with $3 fo safety paying 20% yield , trade at such a bearish discount.

CAD holdings backing off, and some of the US holdings seeing some profittaking,, so dont expect to see these gains last the day. But no matter what happens , they will be trading at ridiculous ...more

It hasn't really sunk in yet. I wonder if FTN could trade at a premium when TRUMP takes office on January 20th. Nav over 20$ add a 10% premium and it's at 11$. Of course this seems like crazy ...more

Great I as well now have the NAV over $10.05 for the commons..... now over a $1.00 discount hard to believe we are trading so low. Lets see how the day makes out.

Showing a gain of 86 cents since OCT 31 .. so a bit less than LCS gain... and FFN up $1.10 since OCT 31... what a ride...

Biggest gainer not FTN or FFN,,,

LCS at this point is up over $1.20 in UNIT NAV so far... IAG up huge , nearly 14%, and a 74 cent gain from that one holding alone. Never seen such a jump in 30 minutes.

US banks ripping higher today. It wasn't long ago when fear spiked based on a regional banking crises that quickly fizzled out. The winning trade was to buy that fear.
