I think the stock market in general is dealing with some money flowing out and into bonds as yields have increased of late. Great opportunity to pick up some additional shares with the lower prices.

This is a nice utility , good dividend , great track record. My only concern is there hasn't been much revenue growth the past few years. They are spending deep on capital, I would expect revenue
