I personally believe that CEX overpaid for DCK's assets. DCK was in trouble and CEX bailed them out at a premium in my opinion, and the opinion of the market. Once this news hit, and it was long

With all of the nat gas in the Marcellus, this plant could just be a go. If so, that is a huge deal for CEX as a shareholder in Pieriday.
