haven't had a response yet. Not sure if they will respond. Still feeling sick from reading the NR on this proposed transaction.

The split doesn’t bother me. It’s the robbery after the split that irks me. And after the robbery the financings irk me too. It basically makes our shares worth less than a penny pre split. Should be

Reverse merger is a "Letter of Intent"...they can cancel!!!
AXQ likely was expecting a big surge but reverse mergers with dilution and reverse splits always "crash" and rarely recuperate their losses. AXQ should scrap the "letter of intent

I would like to know how or if they are related or connected to the company they are buying. Nobody gives a deal like that unless it is to family friends or themselves imho.

I meant that relatives and friends sold at 12 and 16 cents and dropped to 3 cents. They make a 16 for 1 and leave the new company and vote for cheap options. we call it thugs so as not to insult the
