This is not getting driven down to let's say that $2.50 - $3.00 area and then everyone is a hero when they accept $3.50 on a buyout. Trading at $3.82 now? I smell a rat.

What's Next?

They last Divi cut was to save some cash (not pay it to the shareholders). Now the share price has tanked to the point that the Divi is paying a pretty good return again (6.25%). I like that return ...more

RE:RE:Canaccord downgrades SOX from $8 to $4.50

Big time contractors (ie. PCL, etc) push for fixed price work - much bigger opportunitites for profit. SOX concentrated on CM work because of their poor performance under past fixed priced contracts.

It will not take much to send this under $4.00. That's a 6% Divi which is nice but what happens to the SP if they cut the Divi once again. That would send the SP to around $3.00
