Price went up 2.9% after released Q4 earning result yesterday. Today, very low trading volumn - No momentum to push the price up. WHY !!

This is not a change of ownership, CS is issuing 59.5M shares plus 9M options at $6:30 and using the cash to fund its growth projects, so CS didn't take loans rather it issued shares.
