Today sounds on Bloomberg that the rates may be coming much earlier than December. Hope that gets us to start a turn around.

MUST BE DOING SOMETHING BIG WITH STRATEGIC REVIEW

Otherwise they basically did *nothing and a big portfolio sale is definitely warranted given the debt issues and higher for longer narrative
