That question can only be answered with a completed feasibilty study to determine Net Present Value, which is not forth coming from JJ.  The NPV when divided by the total GBK shares outstanding ...more

JJ will not want this to drag on.  They'll have to open their books to the courts and you could see some legal manouvers to put substantial pressure on JJ. Whats the point though? GBK is not ...more
