the offer sets the precedence of what this company is worth at the least because a buyer is willing to pay it, and naturally  unless in multiple bids, the 1st offer is always a low one.

could happen but if the offer is removed and the sp plummets then all large sellers must be looked at, won't hold my breath for any justice though as canadian regulators are on par with a bad joke ...more

IMO the share price will not reach .40+ given the vagueness of the PR. We don't know much other than a non-binding LOI has been entered into between LS and an unknown entity...
