CPP may actually still hold some/all of their SGL position.  On their holdings page, in the disclosure section, they specifcally note that the list only includes positions "with ...more

According to CPP's website (updated March 31, 2015) they have no holdings of Spyglass per following table.   With regards to Tom finding another job it seems in the stock market that the ...more

Tom Buchanan

I think Tom Buchanan will have problems to find a job from now on. After his failures as CEO in Charger and SGL, no company will hire him. I think he is to blame for SGL's current condition.
