im sure there aremany reasons. as far as i know this mine has not been operational for along time. the longerit runs themoreefficient it will become. with the stoppages for tweeking ...more

Operating cost is in conjunction with what was mined , that number is somewhat misleading. You reduce that number by getting full production, ie; reducing downtime.
