the reason people sell this bank is that as a percentage of their income omongst the banks it has by far the largest exposure to cdn. mortgages, with the higher rates and a large % of their mtges ...more

TD sp then 41$, now 82$ ... 100% increase  CM sp then 34$, now 57$ ... 67% increase Oh. Vic b/c ceo sep/14. nice work. kinda. who needs 2 dalmation dachas anyway.
