Makes sense Dave - I think they will convert at $4 and go from there. Northern Star showed up to invest directly in a mine and just wound up with some stock :) OSK just did this to prompt more ...more

The way I see it is that it doesn't really matter. If Northern Star converts at $4 is about 40 million shares roughly 10% dilution and the balance sheet has no long term debt.. If they hold it ...more

Aw, it ain't that bad. The Convertible Deb os $153mm. The holder can convert to shares at $4. Looks better than $3.5. Converted is about 40 mm new shares. You really mean trucking the ore or ...more
