The drop pro forma the deal with DCK

The drop is just because CEX was running ahead of itself and its real value during the summer time. This deal landed CEX to a more reasonable valuation, which is still very rich though.

My bad. Just refreshed my info about CEX. Since CEX is producing only 1,000 boepd, the acquisitions metrics are quite good for the CEX shareholders.

That was a bad deal for CEX and I believe the management team is fully accountable for the low acquisition metrics here.

Clearly a Bad Deal!!

The market says so. CEX down 21% and DCK up 37%....THAT SAYS IT ALL!!! The deal should be redone! This whole deal is going to end up very messy.....

Also the financing deal was done at .37 cents. Almost all recent bought financings have reduced the stock price back to the financing amount. I haven't read the deal but I really don't think ...more

As part of the merger, Contact was valued at 0.37 and Donny at about 3 dollars which I suspect the new company would start trading at around 4.5 to 5 dollars.
