Fortescue can't vote on an offer they instigate, they must retain from voting. IMO

I would never accept offer under $5.00 for my shares

Actiual value should be arround $616,000,000 US  wich is arround $840,000, 000. Can  30 % of the NPV at $3.85/ lb copper eq.  (see last PEA) $2,054,000,000.us X 30% = 616,200,000 us ...more

Agree and we have seen that Fortescue has no problem bullying, e.g. when they killed the alternative 10 million offer or when they bullied Joan Freeze out.@ But without Fortescue we also would not be ...more

We are well aware of that . My concer is that 30% is owned by a single shareholder that can try to manipulate the pps and try to get in on the cheap for a take over.
