Annual revenues up USD 39 million with this deal. Could reach USD 47-50 million as mentioned during CC. So, additional growth between 19 % and 25 % of LTM revenues on a pro forma basis.

That is how the CEO described the Royal acquisition on the conference call. Clearly the emphasis has been on expanding the packaging side yet he could not pass up this opportunity on the envelope side ...more
