Tidewater has 953.0 million in consolidate net debt, with the sale of pipestone 675 million, tidewater will still have 278 million lefet oweing.

The fundamentals haven't changed at all, however typically regardless of the reason, any company that cuts their dividend gets hit on the share price following the announcement. Small caps

I was not assuming that there were a lot of shareholders that were here solely for the dividend. There is still much work to be done to unlock value so I expect them to have a busy 2024.

Last numbers I saw had Birch Hill ownership of TWM at 22.3%. Most of those shares came from Altagas and they paid $1.45 for them so substantially down on this holding. BH have 2 directors on the Board

All this chatter about them losing money . They lost money on paper because the Canola they bought at a fixed price is now about half that price. They still sell renewable diesel to TWM at a good
