luvthebull, you're absolutely correct - the valuation put on the property was $20,000,000 per the share exchange at fifteen cents. Things to consider: on September 21, the stock closed at .40 ...more

thisbsagain, they were issued after the co was reinstated for trading on the bb. And the company maintained its full reporting status the whole time it was bounced to the pinks. it made all of the ...more

facts come from SEC filings made by the company, overwatched by its attorneys and auditors. the facts filed with the SEC say the .05 pp closed in november and was increased and second tranche closed ...more

No rockfish but we couldn't keep the smaller bluefish and perch away from our lines. Great weekend for fishing albeit cold on the water. Good luck with the blackfish.
