In this case, probably yes.  If the weather event pricing was declared to be a big mistake and the prices are reversed, it would not be fair to JE to say they can never be listed again.  ...more

Technically, you still own shares of the company even if it is delisted. They have applied to the TSX-V which can take a bit of time (30-60 days to know if they will be accepted). In the meantime, I ...more
