The 'point' is that people make comments about the value of the land to where they have the mineral rights, and the value of said land being part of the company's portfolio.

Actually a lot of the mineral rights are held by people who have never even been on the land before. In a few areas like pierson and sinclair, no one thought there was going to be any new oil found so
