These guys are very poor comunicaters, we're lucky to get one news release per quarter, very disappointed in management. This new board member is most likely just more of the same.

I agree I owned shares of ComDev, Miranda and Zarlink when they were bought out. I was happy with the miranda and Zarlink premium but not CDV. Its clear that vantage has one end game in mind
