From Suaqui Grande to the project site is approximately 30 mins on gravel road. The El Picacho Gold-Silver property is interpreted as an orogenic gold system within the regional Caborca Orogenic Gold Belt. The project is 140 km north of Hermosillo and totals 24 square kilometers (km2).

December 5th, nearly Christmas
TOC had an interesting week of trading, they closed the first tranche of financing and put $471,000 in the bank, enough to start the field program at Pilar. I suspect more money will be coming sooner

Very quiet week for TOC.
TOC traded only 13,500 shares traded in Canada on Friday, closing at $1.10. Only 117,000 shares traded for the entire week. It has been very quiet with no mention yet of the financing. I suspect, but
