guess that someone has a bit of inside information and is acting on it, maybe some of the rig workers or their families. This is only my opinion, do your own DD.

Yea it's not a panic or tax loss selling, just frustrated shareholders. SP drops everyday is not good. POP has to let the market know as soon as they get rig to spud the well.
