  Also keep in mind a goodly number of shares were sold by WT holders earlier when the stock ran up to .35 on 15 million shares to raise the cash required to actually exercise their WTS.

I was told they can execise those warrent anytime before deadline even before this announcement, that is anytime before the old deadline, so if that is true, some of them could have already excise ...more

IMO, the people who are in this (ie .08 per share with .12 warrants) are not  penny flippers, best case they already sold their .08 shares and willing to hold the new .12 shares...worst case ...more

So if you get alot of shares and you are instantly up 66 percent or more does that not mean cash out your profit which means alot of stock for sale or maybe even sell off
