For those who have capital gains, I recommend you claim a capital loss of this stock since it is worthless.. If you don't need to claim a capital loss, follow Pancho's advice.

Even though you can't sell, there is a provision to elect those shares worth null in the Tax code.  You could talk to CRA  regarding that.
