I think this merger will be great

I am an Aura share holder. In my opinion, this merger will be great for share holders of both stocks. Both stocks are under valued. Rio Novo has great properties but no cash. Aura has lots of cash ...more

Retail Shareholders in RioNovo should have been kissed first

There is a very off putting odor arising from this deal. So this is how I see it. Britos owns just north of 50% of Aura. He owns nort of 60% of Rio Novo. After more than a year waiting for management ...more
