Excess Cash

152 million in cash and equivalents. This is Tong's piggy bank.  He owns the controlling interest so he can dip into these cash reserves whenever he needs some money.  Who can stop him?

"Dr." Tong uses Taiga as his personal piggy bank.  He has his *SON* IAN TONG installed as Chairman of the Board.  Since Tong owns over 70% of Taiga via Avarga he calls the shots ...more

do you understand the current structure of this company??? There is a  controlling shareholder holding more than 72% of the float out of Singapore leaving a paltry 30 mill public float...WHY ...more

Taiga has no debt and  $151 Million  in cash and equivalents. 60 million is in a GIC - that now matured in january.. They put 9 million in a "investment in a private Asian Real Estate ...more

Q3 results -20 cents per share

Q3 results out - 20 cents per share-actually 3 cents higher than 2022 By my math, TBL has earned $1.42 since the last special dividend paid in early 2021-where's our share?????? dwdc
