jm, Maybe that was a missprint and you meant $4.50?? The management of CBD is of the highest quality the only double clutching is you wishing you could talk the price down and add. LOL. tom

Take 7 mil units, throw in 3 mil more for an over allotment then add 5 mil more for warrants plus 1 mil flow through shares and now cap it all off with 5% of this total (800,000) for the brokers and
