I've seen this play before with some very big companies.  Run the company into the ground and then sell the distressed assets back to management at unverifiable valuations.

Awful quiet on the LRT front. With the blood bath that most Canadian REITs are going through, I can't imagine what these jokers might pull out of their arrses next.
