I agree with your point, looking quickly, HR.UN would have to rise 20-30% to be the same as boston in terms of FFO/price. Plus HR.UN is half residential/industrial. I personally don't like ...more

With pmz added is 12 bucks. 25 to 12. Like cominar. I'm hoping after office and retail is gone by 2027 and it's landtower and industrial it'll be worth combined 16ish.

That is a nonsense post for sure. It's one of the best run and most valuable Canadian REITs available. The recent sales have alll been significantly above purchase price.
