My comfort zone is 85%+ invested in eit; paying good dividends monthly. I do have 5% in ffn paying 18% monthly; when the company pays. I also have O&G shares that were paying great dividends ...more

Yup , just had to pull the trigger on adding more EIT today for reliable divys.... Have already too many splits Including DFN, FFN and more so ..... Next will be adding to DIV.... Glta

5% of my portfolio is in split-shares. Recently went a year without collecting a dividend. Meanwhile, eit just kept on paying dividends.

The Shares were trading at a premium to NAV so the financing is likely only slightly dilutive. Yes management gets more money, however shareholders costs per unit DECREASES going forward.   ...more

!. Increase the size of the fund and thus the fees that they collect 2. It's an overnight offerring, as many as they can.

That is one way to look at a stock; but eit is not a trading stock for me. Since my dividends are reinvested into more shares - I like it when the share price drops. So long as the dividends keep ...more
