Why are people saying CXS pays a dividend. As far as I can see it doesn't pay any dividend.. ?? Can anyone clear this up???

It probably traded after 4pm on the Alpha Exchange. I'm with TD Waterhouse and that is what they told me.

Why when the stpck traded @ $1. 90 at the end of the day on Thursday it opened up . 14 from $1.74 . Does anyone know why ? Maybe it's just RBC

It is interesting that Counsel started trading minius the dividend today and the stock has not gone down at all. Anybody who buys the stock from today on will not be getting the Heritage shares.

Counsel's balance sheet has to cleaned up before the bank application can be approved and this process is well underway hence the spinning off of Global. Patience is required here. Let the traders

Heritage shares have very liquidity b/c there is only about 30m outstanding and counsel owns 73% of that. So, once the share dividend is paid, liquidity will improve as people cash out. At present
