Looks like they filed the papers on May 2021 but converted debentures in 2017? At any rate, it is good to see loose ends being tied up.   Maybe a real deal is in the making.

Exercising debentures into shares. 16.7M shares added to their total. A very good sign. You throw in what all the insiders/directors own, and this is ticking time bomb imho. Just have to wait it out.

To stay higher for longer now. They project out to 12-18 months at the current price and higher. Someones gotta have $1.2 billion burning a hole in their pocket for a $30 a ton operating cost .

I have to say I'm not particularly upbeat atm after FEO answered by questions via email last week. To me the wording of the response did not suggest they are close to making a deal. Blaming Covid ...more

Iron Ore prices

I see 65% grade has hit $226.90 a ton. I really don't understand why management can't partner up with someone? All these years with no shareholder value. Shame on Management.
