Not sure why TD looks at this ignoring the Parent Co. and suggesting it should be discounted. They just refinanced Mortages at 3% that were previously 4%. They had over $100million in Cash

At some point, "Some" good news will bring buyers and the shorts will get squeezed. Like increase in distribution, or more refinancing at lower rates, major re-leasing or even a sale
