A year ago SXP was under $2 and under circumstances at that time continued to make decent profits.Zucker fund could have made a low offer for company and it might just have gone through around $3.50

Figured the shares might fall after the x date but did not happen yet and that is an extremely good thing. Buying under $3 might be difficult but I'll be on the bid should that happen.

The company needs to come out and disclose what was proposed by GC, why they disagree with it, and whether it will in fact go to a vote at the AGM (and be included in the info circular). I am not sure
