For the record I own substantial WCP and VRN - the biggest difference to me is the debt with VRN having nearly triple the long term debt.

Earnings 42 cents/share. One cent more than WCP. Both exceed expectations. Debt down to $3B. Outlook to maintain 191-198,000 bbls/day. Results good. B+
