I am as confident in LRE closing as I was about the posts I made about IT last week The $20 million has been put in the escrow acct now and this deal will close

Payout?

If I do nothing and the deal closes will my shares simply be converted to cash and deposited in my trading account?

RE:earning suck but we knew that

The second $10,000,000 deposited in escrow is a 100% commmitment or a simple dislay of insanity I am going with 100% commitment

RE:RE:sinoenergy is paying 20,000 per flowing barrel for lre

sinoenergy is paying 20,000 per flowing barrel for lre

and suncor paid 50,000 per flowing barrel for cos........................seems rather strange that suncor would let lre go for less than half of the cos deal.

RE:well actually the lre board can still entertain higher offer

Sinoenergy has to pay all LRE's debt + $0.52 per share + 75% of debenture with interest = CAD$770 M (as per Dec 21, 2015 announcement). Calculation: 770M/ 193,498,465 outstanding shares = $3.98 ...more

well actually the lre board can still entertain higher offer
