What we did not know was they got another $10,000,000 deposited in escrow yesterday. Dead money for a few weeks yes, but done deal for sure with 6-7 weeks.

Exactly - The issue is the cost per barrel. Flowing barrels from longer lasting traditional wells would be worth more than high cost enhanced extraction wells which experience faster decline.

and suncor paid 50,000 per flowing barrel for cos........................seems rather strange that suncor would let lre go for less than half of the cos deal.

Sinoenergy has to pay all LRE's debt + $0.52 per share + 75% of debenture with interest = CAD$770 M (as per Dec 21, 2015 announcement). Calculation: 770M/ 193,498,465 outstanding shares = $3.98

maybe suncor or some other company with expansion plans would like to bid on us................its a steal at any price under 1.00.................
