Today is triple witching options expiry...volume was about 2-4x on most REITS. NWH probably would have finished around 2-2.5m without it. So yes high volume due to earnings/short covering

I have no idea but they were explicit in saying AFFO would be 9 cent going forward all else being equal, unless they can be accretive sales and capital allocation
