Today is triple witching options expiry...volume was about 2-4x on most REITS.  NWH probably would have finished around 2-2.5m without it.  So yes high volume due to earnings/short covering ...more

It was the third highest volume day of the year. The major difference here is that share price went UP today whereas during the other two even higher volume days the share price cratered. Out of the ...more

10% gains couldnt hold

Also quadruple witching. Not sure I can buy the sentiment shift here....could be a fake out rally.  affo payout is too tight

I have no idea but they were explicit in saying AFFO would be 9 cent going forward all else being equal, unless they can be accretive sales and capital allocation

Well, it went up because it was still considered a beat.

They're underlining earnings were considered a beat by the street. ( that's it )Earnings still up ..  but debt brings it neg. Of course we're looking at the payout ratio and the ...more
