Because they're valued multiple ways - the rule of 40, DCF, etc. I used the most common for a non-profitable business which is Price/Sales. But glad you keep moving the goal posts. 0

Every calculation I make, regardless of industry would be EV. Not sure why you wouldn't. Little more work but much more accurate.

That's a good way to to measure EV/Sales and a bad way to measure Price/Sales. When you claim software companies trade at 11x P/S and then compare it to Venzee and say it should be trading

30 million share at 5.5 cent (the best price in december during 5 min) and 30 million warrant at 11 cent

You're right, the warrants do have a direct impact on the company if successful and should be included. However, you included the warrant count but not the revenue from them in your EV

I included the warrants because they're part of the capital structure of the company. They're a liability. They're going to have a direct impact on the company if it's successful
