Appears your assertion of the release is correct and the deal is closed. The outstanding shares have been updated on stockwatch to reflect 154.8 million.

One at 4:12 saying that the financing and loan had been accepted by the Exchange and then a second one at 4:20 saying the deal had closed. This is all from the Exchange so yes I imagine the company ...more
