Looks like a short seller, judging from the way he sell. When buyers are thin he often dump a big lot and bring down the stock price down by 10-15 cents. He also watch the charts closely.

Yes One big institution start selling and look out below and today's dividend day where we see a lot of selling perfect storm we just have to wait it out hopefully done selling

Not necessarily IMO. The idel solution is to trade up NBZ share price. e.g. a double from here will reduce the payout to 6%. If I were NBZ management , I will consider issuing some 100

Looks to me like the market is looking for a catalyst. Analyst reports keep mentioning NBZ as an acquirer however, given that than acquisition is going to cost them almost 12% in distributions

Is there a reason why this stock can't pick up any steam?! Not any negative news I can find recently and everything is in the green in energy but this trades lower. So confused

the idea is to enhance shareholder value I believe , share buy-back is the most common method, so the stock should go higher, at least that's what I understand it is for, its a decrease of stocks

So lets look at the metrics EV value at the moment 884 mil, Ev value merged 1.183 bil Production per flowing 44,200 at 20,000 bbls pre merge, post merge at 34000

IMO If they could get TBE cheap enough they could just carry the current debt of 204 mil , I would think the banks would agree to that. As a debenture holder I would give my debentures
