It is hard to predict a positive outcome for Auxly. There are soooo many negative forces that weigh on this sector and this company. Without the option of restructuring...this seems to be over for us. ...more

Glad they did not do it as its always is a death spiral when they consolidate...just gets worse. Take a look at Flora ( FLGC ) Nazdaq did 20 to 1 consolidation put them at $5.00....month later ...more

yep they did !! :) he Share Consolidation Resolution (as defined in the Circular) was not approved by the requisite two-thirds (66 2/3%) of the votes cast at the Meeting.
