They need shareholders to vote for the deal. I would not be surprised if Bird needs to increase the amount paid as the stock was trading at $0.90 before the transaction was announced, so $0.13

You are comparing apples and oranges. On a dollar basis, $4 million / 31 million shares = 13c. On a share basis, you are getting 0.02 of a BDT share. BDT is at $6.67. $6.67 * .02 = 13c. The question
