It was a "special annual meeting" not an AGM, as onechampion said 8 share holder went and found nobody and no meeting at all. Not going to be bothered anymore by this will never coming ...more

Last year ELT published the results of the AGM  1 1/2 month after the meeting (never saw something like that) It will be the same thing this year??

The stock halted on July 6th, 3 months BCSC gracefully extended will be on Oct. 5th which is a Friday. I will guess any time between Oct. 5th ~ Oct. 12 just before the AGM to take place on Oct. 13rd.
